The heavyweight headliner drew an average of 1.4 million viewers for the three-round fight, which “King Mo” won via unanimous decision. Lawal and Jackson first fought at Bellator 120 in May 2014, with “Rampage” winning a contentious decision. Their initial meeting was the featured bout for the promotion’s inaugural pay-per-view offering.

Bellator 175 took place at Allstate Arena in Chicago this past Friday and also saw Emmanuel Sanchez take a three-round verdict over Marcos Galvao in the evening’s co-main event. The card as a whole averaged 1 million viewers and garnered a 0.9 rating in the 18-to-49 year-old male demographic, which ranked third in its time slot.

Thus far in 2017, Bellator MMA is averaging 993,000 viewers, a 26 percent increase over the previous year. Up next for the California-based promotion is Bellator 177, which takes place in Turin, Italy on Saturday and is topped by a middleweight championship rematch between Rafael Carvalho and Melvin Manhoef.
