A bantamweight showdown between John Dodson and Pedro Munhoz that was supposed to take place at UFC Fight Night 125 has been rescheduled for UFC 222 on March 3.

The UFC confirmed the pairing to the Las Vegas-Review Journal. The 135-pound bout was scrapped this past Saturday after Munhoz missed weight by four pounds and Dodson elected not to accept the fight. UFC 222 takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The card does not currently have a headliner after Max Holloway withdrew from a proposed featherweight title defense against Frankie Edgar.

Dodson has lost two of his last three contests, but they were narrow split-decision defeats to Marlon Moraes and John Lineker. The two-time flyweight title challenger is 2-2 since moving up to 135 pounds, with victories over Eddie Wineland and Manny Gamburyan.

Munhoz, meanwhile, has won his last four, including a first-round submission of Rob Font in his most recent outing at UFC Fight Night 119. Munhoz’s only losses in UFC competition have come to top 135-pound contenders Jimmie Rivera and Raphael Assuncao.
