A former flyweight title challenger, Dodson has won two of three Octagon appearances since moving to 135 pounds. The Jackson-Wink MMA staple rebounded from a narrow defeat to John Lineker by taking a unanimous decision against Eddie Wineland in his most recent outing at UFC Fight Night 108.
Moraes made his highly-anticipated promotional debut at UFC 212, where he dropped a lackluster split verdict to Raphael Assuncao. That snapped a 13-fight winning streak for the 29-year-old Brazilian, who was dominant during his reign as World Series of Fighting bantamweight champion.
The Lucky dude I get to fight is @mmarlonmoraes for the #ufcnorfolk let's get excited. #Theresnomagicwithoutamagician pic.twitter.com/RIWGOzOJQN
