“The Ultimate Fighter Nations: Canada vs. Australia” will conclude on April 16 when the UFC hosts the live season finale from Pepsi Coliseum in Quebec City.

UFC officials Wednesday announced two bouts for the event, as Mitch Gagnon faces Tim Gorman at bantamweight while Sam Stout collides with K.J. Noons at lightweight. The show will also feature the “TUF Nations” welterweight and middleweight finals.

Gagnon, 29, rides back-to-back victories into his clash with Gorman. The Canadian rebounded from a 2012 defeat to Bryan Caraway with a pair of submission wins, tapping out Walel Watson before putting Dustin Kimura to sleep this past September at UFC 165.

A 10-fight pro, Gorman was forced to withdraw from “TUF 18” with a torn hamstring. Prior to joining the cast, Gorman had won six of his previous seven fights and most recently competed in November 2012, when he earned a knockout in his home state of Iowa.

Stout, 29, has alternated between wins and losses in his last six fights. A UFC lightweight staple, “Hands of Stone” last competed on Dec. 14, when he outpointed Cody McKenzie at UFC on Fox 9.

Noons earned his first UFC victory this past October, outpointing George Sotiropoulos at UFC 166. A former EliteXC champion and Strikeforce title contender, Noons had lost his previously three bouts, falling to Josh Thomson and Ryan Couture to close out his Strikeforce run before dropping a decision to Donald Cerrone in his May Octagon debut.
