After more than a year on the sidelines, Chan Sung Jung is set to make his UFC return on Oct. 4.

The promotion announced on Saturday that “The Korean Zombie” will face Akira Corassani in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night Sweden at the Globe Arena in Stockholm. The Fight Pass-streamed event is headlined by a welterweight showdown between Gunnar Nelson and Rick Story.

Jung last competed in August 2013, when he dislocated his shoulder in a loss to reigning featherweight champion Jose Aldo at UFC 163. The Korean Top Team product owns notable victories against Dustin Poirier, Mark Hominick and Leonard Garcia, to name a few.

A member of “The Ultimate Fighter 14” cast, Corassani has won three of his last four outings, with his lone defeat during that time coming at the hands of Poirier at the “TUF: Nations” finale this past April. The 31-year-old native of Gothenburg, Sweden, has defeated Andy Ogle, Robbie Peralta and Maximo Blanco during his promotional tenure.
