Boxing: PBC on Fox Draws 1.5 Million Viewers in Saturday Night Time Slot
Premier Boxing Champions pulled in 1.51 million viewers to its latest network outing, a Saturday night “PBC on Fox” card.
The live-plus-same-day rating comes via TV by the Numbers, which notes that final national numbers for live sports broadcasts “could result in greater than usual adjustments.” As it stands, the number would place PBC behind network competition such as “NCIS” (4.57 million) and the NHL Playoffs (2.47 million), and would represent a drop from January’s “PBC on Fox,” which drew 2.24 million viewers.
The April 30 show at StubHub Center in Carson, California, featured several highlight-reel knockouts, including Andre Berto exacting revenge on Victor Ortiz in the welterweight main event.
