Bellator returns with a new man in charge for Bellator 122 in what will serve as the first event of Scott Coker's tenure as the Viacom-owned promotion’s president.

The event takes place on Spike TV this Friday from the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, Calif.

In the evening’s main event, Brett Cooper (186) will fight collegiate wrestling standout Brandon Halsey (185) in the Bellator middleweight tournament final.

Serving as support for the main event, Andrey Koreshkov (170.8) will look to earn his second welterweight title shot when he fights Adam McDonough (170.5) in the welterweight tournament final.

In a fight that will pique the interest of many mixed martial arts fans from days past, Karo Parisyan (169) will fight Phil Baroni (170), as the former Ultimate Fighting Championship veterans look to make a mark in Bellator.

The first tilt of the televised portion of the card will feature Liam McGeary (203) and Egidijus Valavicius (204) in a light heavyweight tournament semi-final bout.
