No matter the promotion, Quinton Jackson remains a significant draw.

The former UFC light heavyweight champion’s bout against Christian M’Pumbu at Bellator 110 drew a television audience of 1.1 million on Friday night, according to Spike TV officials. The card, which marked Bellator’s Season 10 premiere, averaged 880,000 viewers overall, a 99-percent increase among all people between ages 18 and 49 from the promotion’s Season 9 premiere last August.

The event also delivered an 81-percent gain in the 18-to-49 male demographic and a 54-percent increase among males aged 18 to 34.

Bellator 110 took place at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. and saw “Rampage” advance to the Season 10 205-pound final with a first-round knockout of M’Pumbu. In the co-main event, Muhammed Lawal outpointed Mikhail Zayats to earn a spot opposite Jackson.
