Multiple outlets confirmed the booking on Thursday following an initial report from FloCombat.com. The event, which will likely be UFC Fight Night 122, takes place at Mercedes-Benz Arena and marks the promotion’s first event in mainland China.

Silva and Gastelum were initially scheduled to meet at UFC 212 in Brazil this past June, but that bout was canceled after Gastelum received a provisional suspension for a positive marijuana test in relation to a UFC Fight Night 106 bout vs. Vitor Belfort in March.

Silva halted a five-bout winless streak in his last outing at UFC 208, as he outpointed Derek Brunson on Feb. 11. Gastelum, meanwhile, is coming off a third-round submission defeat to former 185-pound champion Chris Weidman at UFC on Fox 25 on July 22.
