A featherweight showdown between Akira Corassani and Dustin Poirier has been added to ”The Ultimate Fighter: Nations” finale.

UFC officials Friday announced the booking, which takes place April 16 from the Pepsi Coliseum in Quebec City. The event is headlined by a pivotal middleweight clash between Michael Bisping and Tim Kennedy and will additionally feature a welterweight clash between “TUF Nations” coaches, when Patrick Cote faces Kyle Noke.

Corassani, 31, rides a three-fight winning streak into his clash with Poirier, though the Swede’s last victory came via disqualification after Maximo Blanco landed an illegal knee just 25 seconds into their November meeting at the “TUF 18” finale. Prior to that result, Corassani kicked off his UFC career with a pair of decision wins, outpointing Andy Ogle in 2012 before doing the same to Robbie Peralta last April.

Poirier, 25, has won seven of nine fights since joining the UFC’s featherweight division. Though “The Diamond” began 2013 with a decision loss to Cub Swanson, the Louisiana native returned to his winning ways last August, outpointed Erik Koch prior to knocking out Diego Brandao to close out the year at UFC 168.
