Winner, 28, snapped a three-fight winless streak with a first-round knockout against Roli Delgado at UFC 105 in November. Anchored a Team Rough House, where he trains alongside world-ranked welterweights Dan Hardy and Paul Daley, the former FX3 lightweight champion has gone the distance in seven of his last eight fights. Winner lost a unanimous decision to teammate Ross Pearson at “The Ultimate Fighter 9” Finale in June.

Oliveira, a late replacement for injured American Top Team standout Cole Miller, last appeared in January, when he outpointed John Gunderson en route to a unanimous decision at UFC 108. A Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, he now trains at the AMA Fight Club. The 28-year-old Oliveira has won four of his past five fights.

A pair of surging middleweights will be looked upon to beef up the undercard, as International Fight League veteran Gerald Harris locks horns with the undefeated Mario Miranda.

Harris has rattled off eight consecutive victories, seven of them finishes. The 30-year-old Tulsa, Okla., native trains alongside former middleweight King of Pancrase Nate Marquardt and “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 10 finalist Brendan Schaub at the Grudge Training Center in Colorado. An accomplished amateur wrestler who was a three-time national qualifier at Cleveland State University, Harris stopped John Salter on third-round strikes in his promotional debut at UFC Fight Night 20 in January.

Perfect in nine professional appearances, Miranda has finished three straight opponents. The 30-year-old Brazilian last appeared in August, when he submitted Lorenzo Hood with a first-round kimura at an Alliance Fights show in Kent, Wash. Miranda’s list of victims includes UFC veterans Rick Story and Joe Vedepo.

A pivotal lightweight matchup between Kenny Florian and former Pride Fighting Championships titleholder Takanori Gomi will headline UFC Fight Night 21, along with a heavyweight showdown pairing “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 10 winner Roy Nelson with the 6-foot-11 Stefan Struve.
