Khabib Nurmagomedov is 22-0. | Photo: Dave Mandel/Sherdog.com
Khabib Nurmagomedov wants a piece of the “Cowboy.”
Not long after Donald Cerrone took out Jim Miller with a second-round head kick in the UFC Fight Night “Cerrone vs. Miller” main event on Wednesday at the Revel Casino in Atlantic City, N.J., Nurmagomedov took to Twitter to target the Jackson-Wink MMA standout. Cerrone has made clear his desire to stay as active as possible, and Nurmagomedov seems willing to oblige him.
The Dagestani wunderkind has rattled off 22 straight victories to start his career. Nurmagomedov last appeared at UFC on Fox 11 in April, when he cruised to a unanimous decision over Rafael dos Anjos at the Amway Center in Orlando, Fla. The 25-year-old is a two-time combat sambo world champion.
UFC Fight Night “Cerrone vs. Miller” spawned a number of intriguing threads on the Sherdog.net forums:

Khabib Nurmagomedov is a perfect 22-0. | Josh Hedges/Zuffa LLC/Getty Images
Who can stop Khabib Nurmagomedov?
The 25-year-old Dagestani grappler kept his professional record unblemished and ran through another respected opponent at UFC on Fox 11, as he took a unanimous decision over Rafael dos Anjos on Saturday at the Amway Center in Orlando, Fla. Dos Anjos entered the cage on a five-fight winning streak and walked out as another notch on Nurmagomedov’s belt.
Now 22-0 overall, Nurmagomedov has won all six of his bouts since arriving in the Ultimate Fighting Championship in January 2012, besting dos Anjos, Pat Healy, Abel Trujillo, Thiago Tavares, Gleison Tibau and Kamal Shalorus. The two-time combat sambo world champion overwhelmed dos Anjos with a relentless clinch game, takedowns and ground-and-pound, sweeping the scorecards with identical 30-27 marks.
