PBC on NBCSN Weigh-in Results: Shumenov, Flores on Point

Saturday night’s Premier Boxing Champions main event is set as both fighters made the cruiserweight limit. While former light heavyweight titlist Beibut Shumenov was on point for what will be his cruiser debut, opponent B.J. Flores was eight ounces over on his first attempt. He hit 199.6 on a second try to make the contest official. Shumenov didn’t have such an issue as he clocked in at a cool 198.8.

The cruiserweights in the co-main event both made the maximum weight allowed as Jordan Shimmell came in at 198.8 and foe Isiah Thomas was four ounces lighter.

The event will be held inside the Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The card will be televised live on NBCSN starting at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
