Velasquez’s work ethic:
“His work ethic really rubs off on you. You see a guy like him who’s always in the gym -- other than Jon Fitch, I don’t think anybody trains as often as he does. That really does rub off on you. You see what it takes to be a champion from a guy like him. He puts a nice little blueprint on how it’s done and this is how you train and this is how you focus. He’s certainly helped me a ton.”
