Former NBA Player Darko Milicic Loses Kickboxing Debut Due to Huge Gash on Shin

Remember in September when former NBA player Darko Milicic announced that he had given up basketball for kickboxing? Well, the 7-foot, 275-pound former center’s debut is in the books and it’s safe to say that his two career paths could end up having some similarities.

Milicic did well for the duration of the first-round, but when it came time for the Serbia native to come out for the second, he had developed a huge gash on the front of his shin.

The referee wasted no time in waving off the bout, receiving little resistance from Milicic.
